The report for Oct. 5. 1. Anaheim Lake opened for trout fishing for the first time in a couple of decades last Friday, and the bite was excellent with most anglers getting limits of 1 1/2 to three-pound Mt. Lassen Trout Farms' rainbows, and a few rainbows to nine pounds were caught.
