Wermers Multi-Family Corp. has construction under way on Auburn Park Apartments, a 69-unit, four-building apartment complex at 5123 University Ave. in the City Heights area of San Diego. The project is currently in the two-level subterranean garage phase of work. Studio E Architects of San Diego is the designer of the apartment complex with Masson & Associates Inc. as the civil engineer.
